Gotta admit, for an old image, it's still great. Simplistic, yet awesome.

It's not too terribly ancient but anything that's from last year I consider old. Heck I think art from a month ago is old. ^_^;;

Wow, I really like the style you drew him in. It's like you mixed in some influences from the conceptual art used in Tools of Destruction while adding your own personal flair. I love when artists do that. Really nice job.

I honestly do not recall exactly what I used to reference this piece, but I do remember sifting through many images, and in particular got the idea from the Ratchet and Clank comic that came out not too long ago. I dug the colors and decided I wanted to try them out and this little number happened.

The artwork was fantastic! I'd have loved it if they had allowed the cover artist to draw the interior work as well, but I think it would not have fit the story as well. Either way, I was glad R&C got some loving attention lately. Between the comics and the action figures and even the Ratchet Omni Wrench toy, it's a great time to be a fan.

Yeah I definitely agree. R&C certainly getting it's much deserved attention. I personally think it should have happened sooner because as much as I like the PS3 titles, the PS2 titles were pretty great as well.

That'd be totally rad! I'd watch that for sure. I think this also means we have a slim chance of seeing some Spyro, Crash and Sly Cooper merch in the future as well. I sure hope so! I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat! After all this time my heart still yearns for the Spyro plush doll I didn't win at Six Flags a number of years ago. ^_^;;

I know right?? And I especially agree about Spyro, Crash, & Sly Cooper. I'd love to see animated series or film revolved around them.
And I so understand. I remember how I felt when I was able to actually go out and buy a Crash Bandicoot plush. He's so big and huggable haha. I wish you luck in finding that Spyro plus doll, maybe Ebay might have it?

Mmhmm. There were rumors of a Spyro movie circulating years ago on the web and I wish that'd been a reality.
I'm sure they do. I'd just have to really dig around for the exact one I could've gotten ages ago. There were many different ones made. If nothing else I've got some Spyro toys that [I think] Taco Bell and McDonald's made years back at the turn of the century to keep me content.

I barely remember it myself. I just recall them having the toys and wanting them. Taco Bell's promo was something I'd not even known of until I'd made a visit one time and saw on their menu board what toys they had. I'm no longer a patron of Taco Bell as their food is not what I'd remembered it to be from my earlier days. I swear they altered their cheese dip formula.

And yeah I agree, Taco Bell is just... Gross. One time in 2009, we went to taco bell and our friend found a long strand of hair in his burrito. It was disgusting. :l

This is true. I'm probably better than I know, but I often feel that I'm worse than I'd like to imagine... at least when I'm not in a drawing mode. I just need to take a leap and learn anatomy the rest of the way. And backgrounds. *shudders* Backgrounds, thou art my enemy. I find them dull to do unless they're quick and simple. I know I can do this stuff it's just finding the courage and confidence to make some crappy stuff first.
