I don't know if there is a 'Super Tot' or not, I'm not much for Superman mythos. I just had the idea of drawing a cute little superman in a classic 'Richie Rich' comic style, fortunately the GIMP has a 'newsprint' filter, who knew?'Meanwhile', for me, is just THE quintessential comic caption.
