This is the system counterpart of my weather skin [link]

This skin requires Rainmeter 2.1 or higher [link]

Features:
• Includes monitors for: CPU, Memory, 4 Drives, Network, Recycle Bin, Gmail and a Music Player.
• Panel for opening various options easily.
• Semi transparent background (You can change its color and opacity or disable it completely).
• Shine effect that changes color depending on CPU usage.
• Support for Aero Glass (works only on windows 7 and Vista).

* All buttons and graphics were created by me.

Instructions:
Click the button on the upper right corner of the skin to open the panel and click the Settings button.
In the settings utility you need to fill the following fields for the skin to work properly:

Music players (AIMP, Foobar2000, MediaMonkey, MusicBee, iTunes, WinAmp, WMP and more) - Full list here: [link]
Download/Upload speeds (use google to convert to bits)
Drive letters (For example C: )
Gmail user and password
You also have a lot of customization options in there

Updates:
• 1.8.2011 - Added an option to change the background color.
• 8.10.2011 - Big update:
1) Changed font to match VClouds Weather 2
2) Added Shine Effect
3) Tooltips for up to 8 CPU Cores % usage, visible by placing the cursor over the Processor section (see Help file for instructions)
4) Used Memory and Swap info added
5) Gmail - added a notification sound that plays when a new message is received
6) Lots of tweaks and fixes
• 10.4.2012 - A few fixes and changes, some cosmetic changes.

Hello VClouds,

First off, let me say this a awesome theme! Don't use all the components, but I did mix them & edit to fit my needs and code & settings features are awesome and easy to use and adjust.
New to editing Rainmeter skins, and came across an unique situation that would make my slideshow awesome. My current background pic has a PC monitor in it and it is slightly angled, therefore its more of a trapezoid than a rectangle. The code has has X, Y, H (height), W (width) values naturally, and I have adjusted H & W for proper sizing, but can't figure out what X & Y are or do, or how I can adjust or create slight angles to make my slideshow fit perfectly on monitor screen. Would you please advise me if and how I can do so?

Wow! Just Wow! Great job man!! I'm still new to Rainmeter, figuring out how things are done, and looking for solutions...and when i looked at your work i saw a lot of things i was looking for, it's really helpfull..And I like especially CPU lights, great detail, Christmas time hehe, tnx and keep up the good work!

Well nice to see you replied ...hope you can help me with this: i'm looking for a 'original' .png file or whatever windows 7 uses to make aero glass. I want to make identical skins like windows produces. I read about blur=1, and BlurRegion.., and that's ok but i don't know what's the 'original' template or picture which windows blurs for making it's aero effect. I experimented making my own Backgrounds, but...something's missing.....well, to shorten - i just want Rainmeter Aero. Period i didn't find specific answer on internet, so i hope you can put some light on this, from your experience, or maby this is already solved somewhere, i just din't found it googling...tnx

where do you get the paging space from? 
Windows shows 1GB on c: which is 
what I defined, you show 5GB?

Wow! Have been using your weather skin (version 1) for over a year (and loving it) and when it stopped working recently I went looking for an way to fix it. And what do you know, I find version 2 of the weather widget, and vClouds system is here! Very very well done. I'm picky about the stuff I use on my desktop but this looks sooooo good. Thank you!

Between the weather and system widgets, I'm going to scrap my old theme. Now I just need to find a way to put up a newsfeed or two! (You aren't planning on making a matching newsfeed widget are you?)

Everything works like a charm..I use the latest one ver. of the Rainmeter 2.2 beta (r1008) with Foobar2000 1.1.9 beta. NOW PLAYING list works nice.
The last night, Ive tried to intall iTunes..and thats my default player for time being..but NOW PLAYING does not show any information when iTunes is in playback mode.
Ive tried to edit skin of VClouds System but cant to figure out what to do. On Rainmeter supported players list..iTunes is full supported, but I cant to obtain anything in NOW PLAYING section.

btw,Ive tried to uninstall foo_rainmeter.dll plugin from Foobar/Components..but in vain. iTunes does not show any info.

I'm using latest Rainmeter 2.2 r1008 and latest iTunes 10.5.0.142 and it works fine...

Since you said your using the latest version of both rainmeter and itunes the only thing i'm left to ask is have you read the instructions and set the player name in the settings utility?

Hi..
I use ur _VClouds Weather 2_ gadget and its awesome, but in the last time Ive a problem.

Since Ive been installed the latest ver. of Rainmeter 2.2 beta (r1074), and its mayB just not about it, so my problem started to occure just in that period time.. hence, here is my problem..actually, gadget is constantly is some kind of 'unfinished mood'..i.e. VClouds Weather 2 dont show regular icons and weather report..it seems like its blocked by Kasperski,but Ive checked Firewall and ApplicationControls in Kasperky and and everything works fine there..but VClouds still dont refresh himself regulary..i.e. I ve tried manualy do apply 'Refresh all' from Rainmeter, or 'Refresh Skin', by VClouds himself only, and the result is the same..no regular appearance of the weather status..Also,I use VClouds System,and it works like a charm..so any hint about Kaspersky or system firewall is obvious..as VClouds System works regulary. (btw,Ive disabled system firewall,of course..no need for that,coz Ive Kaspersky).

That is what I get ,in a row,..every time I apply a 'Refresh all' within a _Rainmeter_ from a _sys.try_,..so, first time, Ive got unfinished task..and so..the 2nd,3th and 4th time Ive applied 'Refresh all'..
Also, there is appeared _Rainmeter iohelix The Weather Channel_ logo every time,constantly,and doesnt dissapear at all....as u can see on the pics..

Please, how can I to resolve that problem..coz I love VClouds Weather a lot.
Its started to occure a few days ago, before that it worked just like a charm..no matter of beta version of Rainmeter..it worked on the previos versions of Reinmeter beta 2.2.

So I was really excited to use this so that I could have a nicer system monitor and get my GMail unread notifications at the same time as the skin is gorgeous. Only problem is my GMail username contains a period "." and it appears as though it keeps replacing the "." with a "%2E" for some reason, making it impossible for me to get this configured properly. I just spent a solid hour on Google trying to figure out a way to fix this and came up empty. I'm praying that this is an issue someone has encountered before and figured out a fix for ???

You will need to edit the skin, search all the Disk4 measures and add to all of them the line: IgnoreRemovable=0
For example:
[measureTotalDisk4]
Measure=FreeDiskSpace
Drive=#disk5#
Total=1
UpdateDivider=120
IgnoreRemovable=0

Hmm..some tracs (Albums) cant b played with cover art visible in NOW PLAYING section..and some albums works fine.
Yesterday,I was tried only with one album,trying to change the name of the cover in 'Folder.jpg' ; 'Cover.jpg' etc..but Ive never succeeded.
It appears only default cover with some 'yellow in background'/ 'TOPS' cover art.

The 'Previous' button doesnt work in Foobar2000 (the last one v. 1.1.8 /beta 5)

How to manage 'Previous' button in NOW PLAYING section..it doesnt works with Foobar2000. All the others buttons works great.

btw..how to obtain cover.jpg image to b shown in cover setion.For example..if I play e.g. JoeSatriani playlist..cover of that album is not shown in (avatar) i.e. NOW PLAYING section. In your example, cover is fine.Ive tried to edit skin,but in vain.

About the 'Previous' button, i'm using Winamp and it works as it should. please check here [link] for more info.

If you want the cover art to show, it needs to be in the same folder as the song your playing and named the same as the album. for example if your playing a song from the album 'Not Of This Earth' the album art should be named 'Not Of This Earth.jpg' or it can also be named 'folder.jpg'.
AFAIK it cant show embedded art.
