I can't help but wonder what sort of brushes you used on the hair and skin. That and this really makes me want to study neck muscles more for my cartoon characters... I've been getting more curious about that. I don't know, one of my illustration friends has been making me want to learn better anatomy so my cartoons feel more solid and... somehow simultaneously whacky. You're only making that urge increase.

really like your choice of color and how you rendered the lips in particular. Reminds me of Paul Maud'Dib from the Dune series. Very well done.
