Description
I originally wanted to draw something anthropomorphic next, but I couldn't find the motivation/inspiration for anything I wanted to do, so I decided to go through some of my old pictures. That's where I got the idea to draw a serval from some reference I had, since I've never tried drawing them before. I love their sleek and long bodies, angular face and, of course, their enormous ears.

I decided not to focus on perfect anatomy too much this time around. I rather wanted to get to the actual painting phase quicker, since that's much more fun than redrawing a specific body part for the 5th time, just because it doesn't look quite right yet. It worked out great in the end, since I finished this whole piece in a single day, which is a new record for me!
