Beautiful piece of work ^^ I love the colours and the dreamy feeling!
The only crits I could give you would be it could maybe use a more well defined light-source (/sources), and that the pieces of hair seem to get larger and smaller oddly in the ringlets, and don't look very connected to eachother. Those are both fairly minor though, the piece overall is just so lovely!
