The muddled, cool colored background gives this shot a dreamlike feel. The dandelion in the foreground, combined with the title, are reminiscent of summer days as a child when the white seeds were blown and scattered. This carries a lot of emotion, bringing the viewer back to simpler days.
One thing I would like to see is a sharper focus on the dandelion, to contrast the background. Other than that, a really nice job.
