I really like the lineart in some areas of this img, like the hair and the face. For a suggestion on how it could be improved, however, I think your value could use some more thought. In general, the lineart should be thicker in areas with deep shadow and thinner where there are highlights. Just a thought

do you use micron pens by any chance?

I do the lineart with pencils; 3B-4B for hard lines, 2H-HB for softer lines. Then scan in grayscale and color digitally in Gimp.
