This is a great image and a very lucky shot. There are things that I like about it and things I don't. Lets start with the things i don't. the image's colors are a little bit overblown, should maybe lower the contrast/saturation on it. also you might want to try to photoshop out some of the smudges in the window (it's really easy if you don't know how to do it just look up basic photoshop tuts)
What I like, the cloud in and of itself is amazing and I think you're very lucky to get such a good shot. The position of it in the shot actually almost makes me dizzy because I cannot tell which direction it was taken from. I think you have incredible potential as a photographer and keep on trucking with the camera and what not.
