Double DeeΒ - Either a chimp, an orangutan or an aardwolf
Jimmy - Elephant calf

Plank - Coconut with berries smeared on it to make it to have a face
Kevin - Cape buffalo
Nazz - Gazelle

Since Eddy goest toe to toe with Kevin sometimes, he could look a better match as a giant forest hog. Ed and Sarah would be better as gorillas.
