This past weekend some of my local friends and I cosplayed as the six main ponies from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic at Momocon. I was my favorite pony, Twilight Sparkle! That info is in the ACP link. But really I did so much work to that wig. Like I added in several blue/black wefts into it to enhance the color.

No, I made it out of knit fabrics(like if you go to a place like fabric.com they have a whole section of knit fabrics under apparel fabrics). Though I am trying to learn more knitting techniques to maybe actually knit a new Twilight sweater.

Mine is sewn into the wig. They way Yaya sells them they are strung on with the ears and stay upright that way too.

Glad I could help! If you look closely you can see the elastic the ears are on across the top of my head. So if you want yours positioned different just take it off the elastic and sew it on through the holes it was strung on with. My horn was drilled slightly differently since it was a prototype, but it should work just the same.

hmmm, im definitely now interested in the horn/ears. Its almost becoming a trend. Nice to know the Yaya has some lovely models for her Pony horns/ears

I ran into another pony group at D*Con who used her ears and they looked great too! And using her products make it really easy for everyone to match if you have friends cosplaying with you too. Our pegasuses(pegasi?) also used her wings.

The plural is Pegasi, i think that word is actually used on the series

I was at Momocon on Saturday and saw nothing involving ponies!

Yup, Sunday! Everyone had other things going on Saturday. I was working in the dealers room all day while Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash were busy with the cosplay contest. And the other girls had non-convention things going on.
