they top the pay scale, but they expect you to shoot a lot and work hard, so the cost ratio for each photo might be less than another company.

Die Aufnahme ist an sich ganz simple: Gegenlichtaufnahme mit Makro-Objektiv und rel. offenen Blende. Und dann das ganze in Silver-Efex in SW bearbeitet.
