Well I titled it on purpose like that 'cause everyone can interpret it differently
its' up to you guys to think whether he has good intentions(meaning: he likes her heart 'cause she's pure, not corrupted one of the kind and he saw that in Punk Hazard) or like you said something he just planned 'cause Law is sneaky and manipulator
