I went to me first ComicBook Convention this year - ECCC in Seattle,
I knew I wanted to cosplay from DC & Marvel,
and I've been playing with the idea of Making Ivy for a few years.
So it seemed like a great opportunity!
It was a lot of fun to make,
but not as much fun to wear ^^'
I have... a lot of boob,
and corsets tend to push all that up and center.
BUT!
We took some horrid boobie selfies and had a lot of fun :'D
I'm going to re-work the top and change up the wig and do some photos with the rest of my City Sirens <3

One time while open shirt binding my skin ripped apart down the center of my chest,
this be the reason...Binding is struggle OTL

I love your costume, I think this is my favourite rendition of Poison Ivy that I have ever seen. I love the rose especially, it's a nice touch

I sewed a corset and bottom and attached the leaves and moss with glue (the larger ones I had to stitch down since they were made of a material that hated my glue gun, haha)

I don't want to seem rude, but were you ever worried about your bodice and your chest potentially being a little showy (a.k.a. were you worried it might fall out)? (I'm curious 'cause I'm somewhat busty [nowhere near as lovely as you though] myself and it's a concern of mine for future cosplays that might show off bust and whatnot).
But that aside, you look simply amazing as Ivy. The look on your face and the way you've done this costume is amazing. β₯

Haha, no worries.
Before the con I did a test photo shoot with a friend. During it there were a few issues with the corset at the top so I made sure to adjust it.
If you're ever worried about apart of a cosplay I recommend doing a test run. Or even wearing it around your house. Jump in it, sit down, try to pick something up off the ground, lol.
Then you will see any issues and overall you will feel more secure & confident.

I have to say out of all of the Ivy's that stopped by you were definately the show stopper. I love that you didn't do all uniform leaves for the bodice, and that neck piece is perfection. Really great job all around.
