Description I won't say who this is because I didn't intend for her to be anybody at all before I started the image...then she kinda went and evolved on me like so many others have

She will make an appearance in :: Lost Hopes :: eventually (Poor Victor being run out by all these women! HALP! I promise there's more fellas in the chapters I haven't posted yet!).

Edit: figured out the issue with my render and posted for print I think she'll make a killer puzzle

watermarked!

She is *GORGEOUS*! And she screams The Empress to me.

I have plans to work on Victor *finally*, I still have a few more things I'm finishing up. Hopefully next week. And I need to catch up with the chapters of LH I've missed -- may just start over from the beginning ...

That was my thinking when I started her, but...I don't want to get it in my head to do a tarot set I don't need more to do, LOL!

I have a blog of Lost Hopes where I started rewriting and editing it... then I stopped
I keep making too much work for myself and then can't finish anything

I've been meaning to ask you, are you at all familiar with the band Dio? (Trick Question) They had some good videos on youtube for Rock and Roll Children and End of the Line. Gotta love seeing people chained to Pac-man Arcade machines.

LOL, most definitely trick question

I knew some people in high shcool who would probably have liked to be chained to a Pac-man arcade machine

I really miss the days of purely theatrical videos like that though (even though Dio himself always creeped me out LOL!)

I know what you mean about the creeped out part. It's cool though. I tend to enjoy musicians that have sense of symbolism, also being on the "not-pretty" side of the spectrum can help with the... hmm... credibility of the image. On a related note, if you've seen any of PJ Harvey's videos, she might be a good candidate for stealing the weird mouth award from McJagger. I like the idea that musicians can help redefine beauty or coolness from what is put forth from the Hollywood celebrity trenches.

Now I'm gonna have to go looking for PJHarvey, lol.

Was watghing the news this morning and they were talking about some interview they were going to do with the new "big name" in BritPop (something like that)... She was pretty, but had the Striesand nose Quirks are good, but I still found myself wondering how long she'd be in the spotlight before she was all over the tabloids for getting a nosejob and blaming it on a "deviated septum" or some crap

I wonder sometimes about how much effort goes into grooming "star talent" as opposed to there being actual talent (which is then "discovered). Talking to my brother--he remembers back when Britney Spears was on the Mickey Mouse club, and when MTV, in his opinion, switched over from anybody could send in a video to pushing the gangster rap thing hard.

Granted, the listening audience has differing tastes. But in an age where politics have become as relevant as a dead seal being used as a football, shouldn't we be concerned about the music gods we choose to endorse, as a reflection of what we value in life? Each time we purchase a CD with a generic fluff song on it, or turn to the tabloid for Brad Pitt's next alien baby, aren't we saying that we don't expect any better from life?

It seems to me that the dollar that comes out of my wallet and the product which I choose to feed into my brain is the only real way of voting. If the newspaper, for instance, has a habit of making non-issues into issues, I can reduce the power of the circus by ignoring it. These people with the shaved-off noses are not my heroes, I do not encounter them in my real world, they are nothing to me! They are not even worth a moment of contempt--that's giving them more attention then they deserve.

Those wings were SUCH a bright gold and silver I wanted her to be a lot more muted and darker, but they had a much better effect in just plain black, I think ^.^
