I thought that chara is associated with the savestar more then with determination in this picture

Oh goodness! Chara's red eyes have nothing to do with determination, or at least the game never explicitly states that they do, though some people like to assume as much. They simply always HAVE red eyes when you meet them at the end of Genocide, and in the post-genocide pacifist ending, Frisk having red eyes when they've killed everyone or woken up in the bed in Toriel's house is the sign of being possessed by Chara.
Chara even goes so far as to refer to themselves as a demon if you do genocide more than once. "The demon who comes when people say their name". Chara SAYS that their determination is not their own, but YOURS. It is unclear if they are directing this statement at Frisk or the player behind the keyboard.
The red eyes are generally associated with simply being a trait of Chara, as much as the paler skin and red cheeks. Even "good" versions of Chara are always depicted with red eyes, because the character simply has them.

I also need to find people to hang out with after. I like in Gainesville, near Brenau University, so I need to find people relatively close by to hang with. Otherwise, I’ll have people on me about isolating and being a shut in. So yeah. I’m gonna use this event to stalk people and to make new friends to hang with after. Gotta find my peeps, y’know?
