Inspired by www.youtube.com/watch?v=4VBU4v…Background done quickly on the last day of May, did a great job on it. Daria done over the last few days after coming to the conclusion that I can't paint characters worth shit (and a two month break from it), quite possibly ruined a great background in the process

Like always, you're amazing with colors, but this one is particularly stunning. It's not easy to draw night scenes, but you definitely nailed it! With a limited, but well-picked color scheme and without outlines! The blurry background makes this look like a dream or something and it is a fine contrast against the sharper details in Daria.

It's not really a night scene, just a very dark and enclosed and bleak place where the only sources of light are those peculiar teal... fluxes of energy?
I'm quite new to the field, and although people seemed to like those paintings more than usual, I haven't been very satisfied of them:
That would be my first attempt at painting, I've had some tell me it's my best picture, but I find it ugly xd I do believe Chimeras is my best one yet, though, but I have a lot to learn still
