What kind of chocolate did you use for this desert? Is it chocolate mouse or block shocolate that you melt and blend with the cereals? It looks realy tasty actualy. This should be in books.

It's just plain chocolate used for desserts. Truth is, it's actually a French dessert but it's usually not presented this way ^^
I had just been lazy and had left it in my bowl
The Frenh name of the recipe is Rose des Sables (Desert Rose) but didn't find this recipe in English, apparently there's another recipe with the sam name but not the same ingredients at all.

If you're interested I can try to translate the recipe for you, it's kinda easy to make.

PS: Thank you very much for the ^^

Ok, so here's the recipe:

For 4 people:
# 200 g of plain chocolate or milk chocolate
# 120 g of Corn Flakes

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it on a bain-marie.

2. Pour the chocolate on the cereals and blend delicately in order not to break them.

3. With two spoons, make little heaps and arrange them on a large plate or little paper cups.

4. Put them in the fridge for 20 minutes to make them harden. Then, you can eat them

cereals in a bowl with chocolate. I put it alltogether in the fridge and when the chocolate had become tough, then I turned it upside down to make the shiny round part of it up
It's based on one of my grandmother's recipes, it's called a "Desert Rose".
