i did read the breed sheet and everything just now i wasnt sure how this works, so if a fantasy horse breeds with one, do they get skull markings on the skull for the foals?

To help with understanding this process I added 'genes' to represent the inheritance of the Skull, as well as inheritance of (up to 3) different colored markings.

In short, Day here is SkllSkll, meaning she will 100% pass the Skullequine double-skull to all offspring. But she is nSkc, meaning only 50% chance that foal can get multiple colored markings plus nSkc offspring can have markings all over body, not just restricted to points (face,legs).
When breed to a fantasy horse, that horse can also pass on factors to the foal. So, so long as the paired stud doesn't restrict markings the foal can have facial markings over the skull.
