Jet is a lucario who became important from one day from another, becoming famous and getting alot of money when he was young, is like the dream that every pokemon wants, well, not for jet, he wanted more, more.... power and domination. he secretly send pokémon to attacks cities, then send rescues teams for his own benefits, he even trap many innocent pokémon for experiments, after he began to understand that even that he was too strong, there are always someone more stronger than you, he learn that when 3 pokemon discover his evil plan and stopped it.

He maybe would lost everything if his assistant, a pokémon named Soul teleport both to a secure place, after that, he start a experiment to create a being that cannot be defeated, with unlimited power, of course that doesn´t exist but he was close of that, that was the proyect named: Experiment ELEMENT. It was gonna be the perfect being, Jet was gonna become the ruler of the world with his assistant and his "mutt" at his side, but then... Element escaped from his capsule, he was ridiculous strong,and he was just in his deactivated form, he betray him, killing Soul, and then, Jet try to at least hitting element once but fail to even touch him, Jet was kill by Element... or that is was is suppose to be, Now, after some long time, he came back, know now as the being "Element C" (Element Cinder).

He has a white suit with red, and with a blue scarf that end in red, he has two tails and he doesn´t have any aura sensors in his head like a normal lucario, he use black glauntlets, he even has pure white eyes and the spikes of his hands are missing too.

there´s little information of how Jet fights and even how he gets the move heart swap, someones says that he get it for the DNA of a manaphy that he trap a long time ago... one thing that could do with that moce was tocontrol his aura in tiny threads that can cut even steel and solid stone, thanks for that move, he call this new move "Soul thread", and he use this move to save himsefl of death when Element "kill him".
thats the only thing we know about how he fights... using aura threads that cut almost everything. other than that, like strategics, weakness, etc... is unknow until this day.
