Well... I'm finding it very difficult to get proportions right, as well as hand, arm and leg positions... Perspective is hard too

Ah! Proportions! One of the hardest things to do! So for the body it will be a lot to remember!
Okay! So however big you draw the the head, the measurement from the top of the head to the chin, take that measurement and the body length should be 6 1/2-7 of those tall! Also the at length should be the same size of the head! That means the forearm, and upper arm area should be the same length as the head! Well if you want a drawing to make it easier I could do that!

Actually I've just recently injured my ankle so I've been getting it tested out! It is I. Pain when I sit in a chair, so I'm laying down in bed most of the time!
