How did you do it? It looks like flash animation but it's gif and its size is relatively small as well.

It started off in flash, then I exported it as PNG frames, brought it into photoshop and saved it as a gif, resizing it at the same time. There are a few bits of horrible dithering because the palette kind of broke. I figured that out by the time I got around to the Sollux one though.
