No problem . I was just wondering though, how do you decide which colors to lay down first? Do you kind of experiment with the piece and see what looks best? And is it mixed media?

I put absolutery neccessary color first (train,Torii of shrine,road sign,etc.).
Then I put other color that I thought about in brain (building,pole,etc.).
Finally I regulate chrome using Photoshop.
I use acrylic paint and Photoshop to draw my illustration.
