There's another called Sad Lisa by Cat Stevens.  It has this kind of quiet, somber feel to it.  I thought of comparing this to that song too, but when I was looking for a vid of just the song I listened to it closer and realized that the story in it didn't match the picture and it threw off the feel.  If it was in another language so I didn't understand the words it would also sound perfect.
