Yes, but were not talking about magic bovines here, were talking about magic equines, and if the source of the Unicorn's power is it's horn which gives it a connection to magical forces, then take away that horn and it loses said connection & has no true power anymore, but give it an additional horn & then it would gain a much stronger connection, which would make it possess power greater than that of even the Alicorn, so at least by MLP: FiM standards that would make Twonicorns the most powerful of all the known magical equines in real-life mythology & legends or MLP folklore, at least I believe that Twonicorns would be more powerful then Alicorns, I mean if there had to be at least 1 species of equine more powerful then the Alicorn, it just had to be the Twonicorn, you know what I mean?

that sounds rather interesting, though there's one detail you may have forgotten: power can corrupt if not used properly. let's take Trixie with the Alicorn Amulet for example; she used all that power for revenge and it corrupted her mind making her take things a tad too far. the princesses aren't corrupted because of proper training. a creature more powerful than one that can control the sun and/or moon without the proper training might let all that power get to their head, turning them into a total jerk, which would later evolve into a criminal, possibly even a murderer or terrorist, or even cause them to lapse into total insanity, and there's also the possibility that if they build up too much uncontrolled/unstable energy, their bodies would be effected in a bad way.. worst case scenario in my eyes would be that they either explode or crumble into a puddle of gore.
So yeah, a Twonicorn without proper training would probably be a very feared species.. but give one the proper training and they'd probably be the king/queen of Equestria.
I apologize if this hurt your feeling in some way(minus the last part), but I'm just stating a few facts and adding a bit more logic to your theory/headcannon/whatever-you-wanna-call-it, if you don't like it that's fine - just as long as you don't bash me in the head with a spiky metal baseball bat for it.

I get where you're coming from, but the way I would see an MLP:FiM version of a Twonicorn is that they don't simply wield magic like other magical creatures, they are connected to Magic itself, and if they have had this connection from the beginning of their species then over time their bodies could have evolved to be able to better handle such powerful magic without making them explode in the blink of an eye, and if they are born with their connection then at that young of an age their bodies would have more time to develop to containing their level of magic power, and the adult Twonicorns could help the Twonicorn foals how to properly use their power, I mean even super powered aliens would teach their young how to properly control their power, I mean sure if a Unicorn/Alicorn was suddenly given the power of a Twonicorn right out of the blue they would most likely lose control of it because they were never trained to handle such a vast amount of power, like when Twilight had to be the vessel for the magic of 4 Alicorns, anyways with my vision of Twonicorns because the they would possess such a strong connection to magic itself, it would enable them to not only be a lot more powerful than even the Alicorn, but to also be able to sense all forms of magic around them, including that of the Supernatural/Paranormal like ghosts, zombies, vampires, werewolves, witches, warlocks, demons, even other worldly deities, because of that the Twonicorns were seen as a potential threat to Supernatural/Paranormal beings, so they were constantly being hunted down by such beings, but the Twonicorns had more than enough power to fight back at those beings, so they became the Pony World's defenders against the Supernatural/Paranormal, but for the safety of all other types of ponies & non-ponies the Twonicorns decided to remove any trace of their very existence & become a secret race of magic equine that no one remembers, where they lived their days as a warrior race constantly battling monsters no other type of pony could handle, you know you may get a better idea about this if you read this script for a fan-fic I wrote about the how the Twonicorns would be connected to a revamp of the G1 MLP villain Grogar, here's the link: no1mporxant.deviantart.com/art… , hope you enjoy it and get a better idea of what I'm trying to say here.

I suppose I should have thought of that.. oh well, everyone makes mistakes and no-one's perfect and all that

just finished reading the first part(andreclaimedthecomputerfrommydad) and a part of me wants to storm the building where MLP:FiM is made, shove the thing in the guys' faces and tell them to make it happen or I'll have their reproductive organs surgically removed while their conscious because it's just that awesome.. but I'm to lazy and shy IRL to do that, so I'll have someone else do it (lejoking)

Glad you liked it, I too wish they would make something like this in the form of a movie or something, because it would just open tons of new possibilities for the franchise, strangely enough I actually tweeted the link to this story to one of the writers of MLP:FiM, and then about a week afterwards I hear that there will be an MLP:FiM PONY Movie coming in 2017, what a huge coincidence huh?!

YAY! PONY MOVIE IN TWO YEARS! my biggest concern as of this moment is that the most likley event of World War 3 doesn't get in it's way.. or catches them in the cross-fire, that would suck

and the moment's gone and I'm thinking about chocolate.

If so, then I would like to have him appear in my mlp fanfiction, My Little Creeps From The Deeps. With your permission, of course.
Also, I would need to know whether or not he fits into the world I created for my fanfiction, which is why I would suggest that tell me about your OC to see if he fits into my fanfiction. Of course, you could also just read my fanfiction and see for yourself whether or not your OC would fit into this world.

And, to end on a positive note, I´ve got a bit of free time on my hands right now, so I am going to see if anyting you wrote catches my attention.
