The Anisotropic BSDF is essentially a type of metallic material node. I assume by flashing you mean emission/light up? You can connect it to a "Mix Node" with an Emission BSDF to get it light up in any color you want

Honestly if I ever get a hacked Switch I'm gonna consider making it one, it just feels too right not to make it a stage

Most of the metallic objects use the Anisotropic BSDF rather than Metallic. In the viewport it'll look black but it'll look fine in rendered view

I will not be handling ports to any other software, but if you wish to port to MMD, you may do so by all means!
