the darker blue dots in her body make her look like she has those 3 dots on the alien's forehead, and the arms look similar.

true, i think her dots are more like she's some kinda jelly filled creature because there not consistant throughout other pics, like there flowing. there arms are kinda similar, though mine is more beefy and rounded.
hmm i wounder if she had digitigrade legs like mine? (digitigrade is like how dogs and cats and dinosaurs legs are)

well um theres hylotls my favorite are like fish people based on Japanese culture and then theres their mortal enemies the florans plant people who invaded the hylotl home world thus kicking the hylotl out and most eaten by the floran, then the avians bird people Aztec themed heavy on religion, apex ape people heavy on testing (yes like glados), then humans
