im trying to draw more realistic stuff but im rlly struggling with it >.> it doesnt help that i use SAI and id ont have photoshop xD uuurgh id love some tips if you have any ?

When I was painting this one I used references. I've barely done it in the past but it helps in enormous way. I can recommend you Anthony Jones tutorials on values. B&W base eliminates the colorful, saturated mistakes He learns that basic forms and shapes are most important then values then details. 

for me it's like: 1. Composition, 2. Shapes (clear ones, easy to define), 3. Values, 4. Color, 5. Detail
