Done in Copic markers and a little bit of colored pencil. I haven't gotten to play like this is too long and Bill is my guinea pig.

Wow, the blend of copic markers and colored pencil gives it a sort of chalk pastel feel, which really works with the 80's design here. I love the hair! XD
