It's a little different from the things I usually enjoy drawing, but it was a pleasant spur of the moment.Pencil on paper (but you could have guessed it anyway) and two or three background textures.
The title is from one of Abney Park's songs - when the girl appeared in the picture, the title clicked into its place in my head. But that could have been due to overlistening to the band - they're just lovely!

Have a beautiful "Woman's day", ladies! (I don't know if it's worlwide or just regional, but what the heck - any day is great day to celebrate being a woman

Hmm, this slightly remembers me of the art used in the comic "Noise". Which isn't at all a bad thing in my opinion

The girl was done a little bit too fast, because I got restless. Agreed on the cliched - maybe I'll redo the whole thing when I get better and free-timed.

Wow... scary character behind this little girl... Is it death or Lord Lucifer ? Both of them are dangerous...
The neck seems a bit too long, but it's just a personnal feeling. Perhaps is it normal that the head seems so hight above the shoulders. ^^"

I do tend to make the necks too long...I don't know how it happens, but usually before I know it, the neck has already been ruined. But...whatever, there are worst things that could happen to a drawing!

I looked at the drawing after I made it and thought...Oh my, it's a victrian hollow! I don't know if you've watched Bleach, but it definitely could be one of the things it reminds you of.
