It's definitely not pre-installed. It is fun to use, but a little intimidating with all the features. It costs a pretty penny too unless you're a pirate. Aaaarrggh

Hahahhahahahaha, I like the pirating. How do you pirate the photoshop? I heard it is a pretty penny. I went to check it out at a local electronics store like Best Buy and it was expensive. "Why so much?? It is for fun, isn't it? I mean come on, lol." That is what I told the sales clerk, lmao.
