Unfortunately, I ran out of time for planning, so this is it. Colossus' final train, for bringing the military out of Adventure City, and into Adventure Downtown.
This train should give Franklin D. Roosevelt a run for his money when he sees a train so heavily armed and armored with that much weapons and defenses.
Update 1: Added extra Hidden Gun Convoy Boxcar and AA Gun Car for extra defenses
Update 2: Added one more chemical tank car to complete the train
Update 3: Added only one engine responsible for pulling his version of the Win The War Special: That's right, Colossus himself.
