on no stop me!! i turned my au into something sad!!
So, the story starts out kind of the same. Dipper and Mabel get sent to Grunkle Stan's house over the summer, but Dipper never finds the journals (not yet b/c they don't exist yet). I'm still working out a few details about how bill comes into play (maybe Gideon?), but he takes over Dipper and Mabel is alone and scared (she's never met Bill before in this AU). So, in order to try and save her brother, Mabel starts studying GF and tries to find a way to save her brother. Eventually she gets the idea to write the journals.
There is more to it, but this desc. is already long enough. Also there may be time travel involved later, but I'm not sure yet, so stay posted and I HOPE that i'll be able to create better art for this later
