OH MY GOD, ive spent so long on this, i started this yesterday and finished it today and ive worked on nothing but this, ommggg feels good!

so for those who have no clue whats going on, heres the story

Panel 1: Rebel never learned to walk on her hide legs and was the runt of the litter, her mother didn't care for her much
Panel 2: she kicks Rebel out for being too different and tells her to leave and never return
Panel 3: Rebel runs into a mysterious pikachu, she tells Rebel all about how her job is to help those in need
Panel 4: Rebel decides she wants to steal from the rich and give to the poor as a way to help out those in need
Panel 5: Her main client, a jolteon and single mother, finally decides to offer Rebel to stay with her in return for all the help shes given her so far
Panel 6: Rebel is adopted by the Jolteon and adores her new baby brother, Constantly spending time with him and keeping him happy so Jolteon has more time on her paws
Panel 7: After more time, Jolteon decieds to give Rebel a new mask so she wont have to use the remains of PD bags
Panel 8: Rebel leaves for a big mission that requires her to be gone for a few days and promises to bring back tons of PD
Panel 9: ....oh no
