People in Germany can be seen harming refugees and burning down their houses - that's a way in which this applies. However, I'd say there are also examples of the contrary, like the french revolution that used violence to push France and most of the rest of Europe out of an almost medieval society.

The image is about violence so obviously I will mention groups using violence (no matter where they can be found)...
And yea, Germans are way more caring for the refugees (calling them invaders is fallacious...) than countries like Poland which straight up refuse to take them - I haven't denied that in any way. However, there's also the contrary in german hate-groups getting more and more violent.

Whether that idea is worthwhile enforcing in warfare through the waste of thousands of OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES has never overly worried monarchs and presidents though...
