If you see the original pic of the guy you'll see he has his socks on. With the dark background the black sock gave the impression he had no foot. So I used the one in your stock to give him a foot that could be seen and where I could put some more drops of blood

It would be a long tut, since I ripped his pants, and did the pulling of the skin with simple Photoshop brushes. Besides I made the image in black&white, but someone said "that would look great in colour" and I decided to paint it all again in Photoshop. Yeh, I have a lot of free time

You can do that to me some day. But with suction cups, not hooks. Superb manip, ugly thing. One of my absolute favourites.
