XD It was a joke. I meant that Janna normally wears very little, and so this skin wasn't unusual. It was a "yeah, but what's changed?" joke. Honestly, I wish I'd been around in Season 2 to get Victorious Janna, the only skin with decent garb. I like my champions tough, sexy, and dressed to kill.
