1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

it was really well written! i was kind of unsure about "dragon or dragon-ish" since that's.. pretty broad? but other than that it was easy

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

i know you said you didn't have a preference for feral/anthro, so this design translates pretty well to either one (i was thinking something like it's mostly feral but capable of bipedal motion) but it's really up to you! i included multiple eyes/limbs like requested!
i took the abyss/bioluminescent theme and made it kinda based off of a deep sea dragonfish instead of a typical "dragon" -- added some more mammalian traits, tho it's still got smooth skin (kind of like an eel)
the colors were a bit hard just because the better part of it is so dark, so i tried to make the design rely more on silhouette than markings, but i did have a lot of fun with the bioluminescent colors :3
obviously this guy has bioluminescent spots, but their teeth and claws also glow! they're kind of transparent, so maybe their blood has bioluminescent properties? or their bones?
also i hope this is ok for being "more monstrous in nature" than your other characters hhhh
