i use paint tool sai!! also i cant describe how i made the circle i did it in this weird way!! i cant explain it!!

Cute!!
She seems somewhat surprised. And I think it's because of her face and the background. The randomized positions and patterns on the triangles give me some sort of confused feeling, while the raised eyebrows and eyes focused on something in her own foreground, it makes it seem like something odd just happened.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but you did it a good job at it, haha.
