Well ! I don't think that Gin love Coco, it's just an idea from Crash Twinsanity, and the crush is non-canon. N. Gin said " You're Revolting Sister " to Crash, this stuff prove that Gin don't love Coco. Some say that Gin is gay, but I dont know !
