yes the longer ones usually arent effected by the wind much
if you fall down sometimes they end up showing the underwear
and there easy for a pervert to flip up and see a girls underwear
depending on when you wear one they arent very warm to wear but on a hot day there wonderful because of how cool they are
and often the lack of pockets in some is a real pain

The man is Erio Mondial and the woman is Fate Testarossa-Harlaown (no, she's not married, she was adopted and kept her original name)
Both are from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha. Post Force (latest Season in manga format)
If you wanna know, he's got red hair and blue eyes and likely is wearing a white trench coat.
Fate has blonde hair, light red eyes (often described as burgundy by fans), her outfit is black, except for the belt and ribbon, both of which are red.
