UPDATE; Been rethinking some shit and decided to redo the designs a little bit.The base Megazord and extra Megazord for the Knight Mare Joes [link] [link]
And yes the first one modeled after Optimus Primal. And yes that is Twilight's tiara serving as a samurai crest in the "complete mode" of the Megazord. The full Megazord is actually seven components altogether, the six ponies as well as a massive gorilla like Chariot Zord that is pulled by the first five and ultimately forms most of the body. The Powermaster Megazord is the combination of all six Zords and a new Celestia Zord for the main body (the Twilight Zord locks into the back), this Megazord is for when the Chariot Zord is either out of commission or has insufficient power for a particular threat. For when things get way too big for the Powermaster Megazord there's the final form the Headmaster Megazord, harnessing the power of chaos to form a massive body for which the Powermaster Megazord can lock into becoming the ultimate defense against evil.

They appear to be recolored/humanoid versions of the parts of Kamen Rider Beast's Beast Chimera.
