Lol I have so much fun making my sims do certain poses now. It's awesome.
To get it, you have to go to Mod the Sims and download pose player into your game. After that, search the web for Sims3 poses and you're all good ^__^ It's really easy to do. Good luck!

I get my clothes from the sims resource. Some of the really good stuff, you have to pay for though Here's a link
