Description
Tiger's head drawn with pen and tablet in CS2........... Started it months ago and only recently dug it out from my folder of many unfinished works
....... Enjoy....Any criticism will be greatly appreciated as i'm trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can

nice work, quite interesting. Kind of looks strange without more of the body showing tho, as if its got a overlarge neck? I think a bit more of the body being included would enhance and help put the whole image in context for me anyway

Gosh.. he really does look fuzzy. Great effect. I'd love to see it with his shoulders.. looks at the moment like he's been mounted on a wall. No crits.. this is just nice.

this is just wonderful!!! he looks so fuzzy and cuddly... I tried drawing a lion on photoshop in my gallery, but it doesnt look as cute as this.

Oh wow, when I saw it in a thumb I thought it was a photograph. Then I clicked on the large picture and still thought it was a photograph - only upon reading your description did I realize it was handmade. That's incredible. I assume you used a photo reference - and it looks like a Siberian tiger? Either way, the fur is really well done and the nose looks leathery. The lighting is fantastic, especially the tawny brown shadows on (our) left side. On (our) right side, the only thing I could possibly think of is that the fur looks shorter - a tiny bit more like fuzz than fur - but let me tell you it is way beyond my ability to be able to say how to "fix" what is actually not a problem at all. It's completely stunning. I STILL think it's a picture.
