Vehra is the personal pet of the Master Templar, her mind was corrupted by a failed experiment of The Master Mage who found a way to wield Basitins with magic, however when they use magic, they get "soft in the head" and because of that she cannot speak properly. Previously she was considered skilled in magic though. Eric remembered her from one of the templar strongholds and this helped him to realise what was happening to the Basitins, and what the Templars were trying to do to them.

None of the Three Basitin Girls look obviously female, there is gender ambiguity about all of them. Which brings to mind a few points about TwoKinds. You have avoided showing female Basitins for almost all of the comic, given the Basitins a culture of almost total gender seperation, had your main Basitin character's sexual orientation questioned several times, given him a rather 'queer' mentor, linked him to the most gender-confused character, and let other characters beleve he posesses and uses transgenderisation magic.
Anyway, the outfit looks FABULOUS!
