Im not too much of a fan about the bunny ears... I really dont think of them being cats or rabbits. I think of them as a whole separate race not based on an animal.

kat is a mixed breed keidran, she was bred to be "appealing" to humans. Her mixed breed is the reason why she doesn't have the chest poof.
