No, it is permanent. Nora gave Clovis the only woman he could have complete control over. Naturally, it would be himself and that body certainly does not behave like he wants it to. From suffering in Brutus' presence to having nightmares about having children (if those are canon anyway) Clovis' womanly self is not helping him, far from it!
