(I know this comment is pretty old, but just in case...)
Clovis is the main antagonist of The Dragon Masquerade, a side-comic Tom made back in 2014 as a prequel to Twokinds. He was the guy Zen went to for help in saving Natani when she was struck by that one fatal curse that damaged her mind and soul, and as such, he's the one responsible for creating the mental link Zen and Natani share. However, Clovis wasn't one to let go of a debt, and 6 months after that, he basically forced The Magi Brothers to go to The Dragon Masquerade and steal a mask with a flawless mana crystal engraved in it; under threat that if they didn't, he'd reveal Natani's true gender to their guild (this I believe was in the previews of that side-comic that can be found here on Tom's account).
Now, I haven't read Dragon Masquerade, as I don't own a copy just yet, so I'm going off of what I've heard and the research on done.
From what I heard, Clovis does some pretty bad things to Natani; from hurling demeaning names at her to attempting to control her actions via magic and even outright threatening to make Natani into his own personal slave (I may be wrong on that last fact, so if anyone's read Dragon's Masquerade, please inform me if this is false). Unbeknownst to him, Lady Nora was overhearing on his threats to Natani from the mind-link and kicked him out of it. But not before giving Clovis a rather fitting punishment for his threats as well as his misogynistic views: turning him into a woman.
As for why you haven't seen him in the main Twokinds webcomic, that's because outside of a few off-hand mentions throughout the story, Clovis (or someone who looks like him/her) only appears on one page: the epilogue for Chapter 18.

Clovis probably got that amulet on page 946 to be a guy again so I'm expecting it to be a he appearing.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. The amulet he got from Brahn is essentially the same thing he was after in TDM, a perfect, flawless mana crystal. Why he wants such a crystal is anyone's guess, apart from being able to channel magic through it limitlessly.
He's still a lady for the foreseeable future, and Nora probably intends to keep him that way until he changes his attitude toward women.

Heh, I can totally understand how awkward and surprised she must feel about having to wear such an outfit, and yet there's something irresistible about seeing fur gals in sexy-looking outfits that is sure to turn anyone on.

I'm looking forward to something of that nature myself. Perhaps Clovis winds up with the A Team when Brahne betrays her by exposing her secret, and the only sanctuary would be Lyn'Knoll (why, I can only guess, but I don't think Clovis would be well-received in human lands anyway).

Hope Clovis won't really change, just because s/he became female. I don't like it anyway if antagonists change gender without their will (no matter how this thing is a very rare occurrance), but until s/he is still a villain because of what him/herself is, I'm okay with this.

Clovis (or Chloe? would that be a suitable name?) better make sure Eric doesn't see her or else she'll be painted! Or... perhaps this is the painting, if those undergarments are what I think they are. Whirr, whirr.

I can already see Clovis being the beloved antagonist. wonder if he'd be less of an A*hole than he was in TDM. If he still has a grudge on Lady Nora, If he still wants Natani, if he has adapted and accepted his feminine side of life... Questions i want answers too.

I did, The kid in it infront of Clovis looked so adorable. xD regardless though. Am I the only one in hoping Clovis has a softer side instead of being a D'bag all the time?

It would be nice if he/she did have a softer side but, with him/her being behind most of the troubles that Trace and company have experienced, including hiring Natani and Zen to kill them, I don't thing Clovis knows what a soft side it.Β (At least I believe it was Clovis who hired the assassin "brother".)
