But I only did the animation. The drawing itself was all done by Culpeo. I just added a few ear flicks and whisker twitches here and there.

Flash Professional CS5, that's what I use.
First it was a matter of breaking it apart into layers, then I had to do a little photoshop magic to fill in the spaces that would be left blank by moving stuff. Then it was a simple matter of manipulating the objects over specific set of frames...

You know ELHS has an animation graphics class... right XD

Also, if you have any art that you'd like me to animate just send me a link or something. I'm not working on anything at the moment and I'm looking for something to do.
