There are several things I really like about this picture. First of all as Appolyon mentioned the suit looks really nice. I like that is seems to be a much more personal moment for him. His expression is unreadable yet at the same time very readable.

Your work with the suit that Victor is wearing was great! And I like that you choose to go without the glass helmet, which allowed for the drifting cold effect. Nora's presence is nice too, but I'm not sure about using a warm color. Was it to portray his feelings about her as being warm in all the cold or was it just for contrast? I ask because on first look it tends to pull the eye to it and away from Mr. Freeze. Good piece though!

Excellent example of the character and the enviroment suit, the age of him shows greatly, as he's not a young man by any stretch of the imagination.
Also love how you showed the reasoning for his crusade!
